You’re ready to document and share some of the key moments from your life so far. Ten Tales gives you the chance select those memories which mean the most to you and have them properly recorded and illustrated with photographs.
Career Highlights
On retirement, it’s easy to feel that your contribution and achievements will be forgotten. This book allows you to record those key moments and career highlights, challenges and lessons learned, so that future generations will know the impact that you had.
Or maybe you’ve hit a milestone such as 50, and want to take stock of all you have achieved to date. Together we craft a record which captures everything that’s been important to you.
In Memoriam
Sadly, relatives don’t always think about recording histories before a loved one dies, but this doesn’t mean that everything is lost for future generations. Posthumous memoirs can be collated using material from family members and archive documents to produce a single volume packed with facts, anecdotes and photographs.
The First Years
With the number of photos and Instagram stories that get snapped these days, the memories and feelings specific to an image of your baby can quickly become lost. Detailing the stories behind those favourite photographs produces a beautiful family treasure for the future generations to enjoy.
A Personal History
Over a number of sessions, I speak with you to capture the essence of your life, your family history, and all your favourite memories and anecdotes. We identify photos to accompany those memories, building them into a coherent narrative of everything that’s important.
Bucket List
If you have a bucket list of experiences which you’re working your way through, you can record the experiences in words as well as pictures so that you can re-live them again and again. Or it may be that writing your memoir is on your bucket list!
The Gap Year
You have three thousand photos in the cloud, and hundreds which have disappeared into your Instagram feed, but you never get to show anyone these days. With this book, you select your favourite events and tell me about them, and together we’ll build a book that captures your year perfectly.
Ten Tails
You’d like to remember some of the daft things your dog – or dogs, or cats – have done in the past, and record them along with the best of the photos you’ve taken over the years.

You may want to document the process of rebuilding your home, capture your wedding and honeymoon, or that anniversary trip. Full Memoirs
If you have a longer story to tell, a full memoir package may be right for you. Over a series of interviews, either in person or online, we’ll discuss your life, the lessons learned, and everything you’d like to capture to pass on to others. Once you’ve approved the outline, I’ll craft a long-form book, usually around 60,000 words, which we can publish in any market you choose or keep for family and friends.
